Joshua Shmuel currently serves as an Associate at CorePoint. He specializes in industrial assets across US, with a focus on value-add and core-plus opportunities.

 

Prior to joining CorePoint, Joshua held positions at Rosewood Realty Group and Alpha Realty, where he was instrumental in several commercial transactions across multiple asset classes. His experience at both firms provided a foundation in deal making, market analysis, and client advisory, laying the groundwork for his specialization in the industrial sector.

 

A Queens native, Joshua remains actively involved in his community and supports organizations such as Chabad and Friendship Circle, which provide essential resources to children with special needs.

Joshua graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Queens College with a degree in Finance and Economics.
